PP Corrugated Boxes with Aluminum Edge & Corner Reinforcement — Built for Demanding Industrial Use
Combines lightweight PP corrugated sheet with reinforced aluminum profiles for maximum structural integrity. Available in anti-static grade for electronics. Factory direct from Thailand, 0% anti-dumping duty.

An Aluminum Reinforced PP Corrugated Storage Box is a reusable industrial packaging container made from twin-wall polypropylene corrugated sheet with aluminum profiles bonded to the edges, corners and base. The aluminum reinforcement dramatically improves structural rigidity, impact resistance and load capacity — providing the lightweight handling advantages of PP corrugated with the structural performance needed for demanding industrial environments.
Standard PP corrugated boxes can deform under sustained compression in heavy-duty environments. Adding aluminum edge banding, corner guards and base reinforcement solves this — the aluminum profiles absorb impact and distribute compression loads that would otherwise deform the PP corrugated panels. The result: a container significantly lighter than steel bins, with comparable protection for most industrial applications at a fraction of the cost.
Anti-static options (10⁶-10⁹Ω surface resistance) are available for electronics and semiconductor applications. Elipacko manufactures aluminum reinforced PP corrugated boxes factory-direct from our Thailand facility with 0% anti-dumping duty on US imports.
Aluminum strips along top and bottom edges prevent edge crushing and protect the PP corrugated panel from impact damage. Standard option for moderate reinforcement requirements.
L-shaped aluminum profiles on all corners prevent corner crush, splitting and deformation under stacking loads. Corners are the most vulnerable point in any box structure.
Aluminum profiles on all four sides, corners and base. Creates a rigid exoskeleton around the PP panels. Maximum strength for heavy loads, high stacking and pallet racking applications.
Aluminum base plate bonded to the box bottom prevents sagging under load. Critical for boxes used on conveyor systems or where the base is the primary load-bearing surface.
Aluminum reinforced PP boxes are widely used in automotive manufacturing and supply chains for stampings, castings, assembled sub-components and precision machined parts. The aluminum reinforcement allows boxes to be stacked on pallet racking without deforming and protects parts from fork truck handling damage. Typical service life: 50-200 use cycles per year in JIT automotive supply chains.
Pharmaceutical companies require packaging that is clean, non-contaminating, washable and structurally reliable for high-value product shipments. Aluminum reinforced PP corrugated boxes meet all these requirements. The smooth PP surface does not generate fibers or dust, can be wiped with pharmaceutical-grade disinfectants, and maintains dimensional stability under temperature cycling in cold-chain distribution.
Anti-static PP corrugated board bonded with anodized aluminum profiles creates a fully ESD-safe storage and transport container for PCBs, semiconductor components and displays. The grounded aluminum frame provides an additional Faraday cage effect. Used by electronics manufacturers in Asia-to-USA supply chains for high-value component transport.

A standard 600x400x300mm box in 4mm PP with full-frame aluminum can support 25-40kg static load. For 50kg+ load requirements, 5-6mm PP board with heavy-gauge aluminum frame is recommended. Contact us with your dimensions and load requirements for specific engineering data and stack ratings.
Aluminum profiles are bonded using industrial structural adhesive combined with mechanical fasteners (rivets or screws). For heavy-duty applications, the aluminum frame is assembled first and PP panels inserted into machined channels, creating a mechanically locked structure without relying solely on adhesive bonding.
Yes. The modular construction allows individual PP corrugated panels to be replaced without discarding the aluminum frame. Replacement panels are available as spare parts, significantly extending total service life and reducing long-term cost per use cycle. The aluminum frame has essentially unlimited service life under normal industrial conditions.
Yes. Anti-static PP corrugated board (10⁶-10⁹Ω surface resistance) combined with a grounded aluminum frame creates a fully ESD-protected container. All ESD specifications comply with ANSI/ESD S20.20 requirements for handling PCBs, microchips and other ESD-sensitive electronic components.
Steel bins offer higher maximum load capacity (500kg+) but weigh 5-10x more than aluminum reinforced PP boxes, increasing handling fatigue and fork truck energy consumption. Aluminum reinforced PP boxes are 70-80% lighter than equivalent steel bins, do not rust or corrode, cannot damage products with sharp edges, and cost significantly less. For loads under 100kg, aluminum reinforced PP is almost always the better choice.
