Custom corrugated plastic sheets are twin-wall polypropylene corrugated panels manufactured to customer-specified dimensions, shapes, thicknesses and colors. Unlike standard full-size sheets (1220x2440mm), custom sheets are precision-cut using CNC routers, die cutters or guillotine cutters to produce specific-size components for packaging, signage, construction protection, agricultural and industrial applications.
PP corrugated can be cut into rectangles, squares, circles, L-shapes, T-shapes or virtually any profile — including unusual shapes like the guitar backboards shown in our product photos. It can be scored, folded, slotted, perforated, printed and laminated to create finished components or sub-assemblies for a wide range of applications across virtually every industry.

One of our most unique applications: guitar-shaped PP corrugated sheets precision-cut as internal support backboards inside guitars. The precisely cut guitar profile provides structural support inside the instrument body while remaining lightweight. We accept DXF, DWG, PDF, AI and STEP files. For simple rectangular or square shapes, a dimension drawing is sufficient. For complex profiles, send a vector file with the exact cutting path. Our engineering team reviews all drawings before production and will request clarification if any dimensions are ambiguous before cutting begins.
CNC router cutting achieves +/-0.5mm dimensional tolerance for straight cuts and profiles. Die cutting achieves +/-0.3mm for production runs. For precision applications such as instrument components, electronics housing parts or assembly-line components with mating tolerances, specify your tolerance requirement on the drawing and we will confirm achievability.
Yes. PP corrugated can be scored along the flute direction to create fold lines, allowing flat-cut blanks to be folded into box shapes, trays and display stands. This is the basis for most self-assembly PP corrugated packaging. Note that PP corrugated can only be folded cleanly along the flute direction — cross-flute folding requires heat or die scoring.
For simple custom-size rectangular cuts, MOQ is 200 pieces. For complex CNC-routed profiles or die-cut shapes requiring tooling, MOQ is 500 pieces for the first order. Subsequent orders of the same shape have lower MOQ as tooling is already made. Sample cuts (1-5 pieces) can be provided for evaluation at a nominal tooling cost.
Simple cut-to-size rectangles: 3-5 days. CNC-routed complex shapes (first order, toolpath programming): 5-10 days. Die-cut shapes requiring physical tooling: 10-15 days including tooling fabrication. Repeat orders of existing shapes: 3-7 days. One 40HQ container can be produced in 3 days for standard-size sheet products.
Yes. UV printing directly on the sheet surface is available for graphics, barcodes and logos. PE film lamination provides additional surface protection and a premium appearance for display and retail applications. All inks are tested for durability under repeated handling and cleaning conditions.
