A custom PP corrugated packaging box is a reusable container manufactured from twin-wall polypropylene corrugated sheet and designed specifically to the requirements of a particular brand or product. Every dimension, color, closure style, internal configuration and printed element is specified by the customer and manufactured to match their exact requirements.

Box structure options: regular slotted container (RSC), full overlap (FOL), die-cut self-erecting, tray with separate lid, drawer-style and folding flat-pack designs. Internal dimensions are designed around your product with tolerance margins for safe product movement during transit.
PP corrugated available in any base color matched to Pantone or RAL specifications. Printing options: UV flatbed (photographic quality, multi-color), silk-screen (solid colors and logos, durable for high-cycle reuse), and hot stamping (metallic finishes for premium packaging). Print coverage can be one or both sides.
Closure options: folded flap (no hardware), Velcro hook-and-loop, plastic click-clips, magnetic closure, hinged lid with lock, and cord closure. The right closure depends on access frequency, security requirements and the product contents. We recommend Velcro for frequent-access reusable packaging and clip closures for secure transport.
Interior options include plain open box, PP corrugated divider partitions, foam inserts profiled to product shape (PE foam, EVA foam, polyurethane foam), and combined foam base with PP divider cells. For multi-product sets, we design compartmented interiors that hold each item securely. Labels, part numbers and assembly guides can be printed on internal surfaces.

UV flatbed printing provides the most durable surface graphics — UV-cured ink bonds directly to the PP surface and resists abrasion, moisture and cleaning chemicals across hundreds of handling cycles. Silk-screen printing is also highly durable for solid colors and logos. Both methods are suitable for boxes used in reusable packaging programs where appearance must be maintained long-term.
From initial inquiry to first production samples: 7-14 days for simple box structures. Complex designs with custom closures, internal foam inserts or multi-color printing may take 15-21 days to first sample. After sample approval, production lead time is 7-15 days. We provide structural drawings and 3D renders for approval before any tooling is cut.
Custom boxes start from 500 pieces for simple die-cut designs without printing. Printed custom boxes start from 1,000 pieces. For large-scale programs, volume pricing is available at 5,000+ and 10,000+ piece tiers. Sample sets of 5-10 pieces can be produced after tooling approval.
Yes. Post-consumer recycled PP corrugated is available for non-food-contact applications. Recycled PP reduces material cost and supports sustainability commitments. For food-contact applications, virgin PP compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 is required. Specify food contact requirements at the quoting stage.
