Industrial-grade Velcro (hook and loop) is rated for 5,000+ open/close cycles under normal conditions. With proper care and cleaning, closures on PP corrugated boxes can last significantly longer.
The PP corrugated body is fully waterproof. The Velcro closure provides a reasonable seal against dust and light moisture. For full IP-rated sealing, we recommend adding a foam gasket strip around the lid perimeter — available as a custom option.
Yes — UV printing and silk-screen printing are available on all PP corrugated boxes including velcro closure versions. Company logos, part numbers, warning labels and handling instructions can all be printed directly on the box surface.
