For standard produce and general cargo pallets, 4mm PP corrugated is the most common choice. For heavier loads above 500kg per layer, 5mm or 6mm provides better compression resistance. We can provide load-bearing data for your specific application.
Yes. We manufacture PP corrugated divider boards in any custom size. Standard sheet is 1220×2440mm but we cut to any dimension. Slotted, scored or die-cut configurations are available for self-assembly partition systems.
Yes. All virgin polypropylene divider boards comply with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 for direct food contact. They are USDA accepted and widely used in fresh produce, meat, seafood and poultry applications.
Standard sizes start from 500 pieces. Custom cut sizes from 200 pieces. One full 40HQ container can be produced in 3 days for standard specifications.
